Essential Journey Wellness  ·  For therapists

Therapists as partners, not competitors.

We create spaces where people can go deeper, and we partner with therapists to get them there, so no one has to carry the work alone. Three ways in, depending on where you are.

Where you fit

Your own work first, then the training, then the partnership.

It is in that order on purpose. You cannot take a client somewhere you have not been yourself.

The Inner Work Program

Four days and three nights at Peace on the Pond, April 2027. Eight therapists, licensed and pre-licensed. No case consultation, no supervision, no CE credit. This one is your own work, and for once you are the one being held.

Then

Training with CE credit

A separate program that teaches how we build and hold these rooms: the structure, the modalities, the ethics of taking a group deeper than a workshop goes.

Dates and credit details are still being finalized. Everyone on the Inner Work list hears about it first.

And then

Trained partners

Therapists we know, trust, and have trained. You facilitate groups alongside us, and you send us the clients who need more than a weekly hour. We send them back to you.

The place

Peace on the Pond.

Private land in Georgia. Water, quiet, room to walk, and nobody else booked while we are there. Every retreat, intensive and training lands here. Crystal provides the property, the space and the beds. We bring the work.

Who holds the room

I have been the one everyone leans on.

More than twenty years as a therapist. A group practice. Clinicians to supervise. The call that comes when a case falls apart on a Friday afternoon.

For most of those years I had nowhere to set my own weight down. When I finally did my own work, the surprise was not what it did for me. It was what it added to my emotional availability in the room. I stopped flinching. The work went deeper and it took less out of me.

That is what I am building here, and I would rather build it with other therapists than around them.

The work you send people to do is work somebody has to do first.

Eight seats in the first Inner Work Program, and the waitlist sees the dates before anyone else does.
